These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Roomix AI, an app that generates AI-assisted interior design concepts from photos of your room (“Roomix AI,” “the app,” “the service”), operated by Fair Tower Consulting. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Roomix AI lets you upload a photo of a room, choose a design style and budget, and receive an AI-generated redesign of that room along with matched products from third-party retailers. Some features require a paid subscription.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Roomix AI. The app does not require you to create an account; where a subscription is involved, it is tied to your app store account (Apple ID or Google account).
“Your content” means the photos and selections you submit to the app. You retain ownership of your content. By submitting a photo, you grant us a limited license to process it, including sending it to our AI and image-generation providers, solely to provide the service to you.
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload any photo you submit, and for not including other identifiable people or sensitive information in room photos where avoidable.
Roomix AI offers auto-renewing subscription plans through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Pricing and billing terms are:

Product matches shown in the app are sourced from third-party retailers via product search services. Roomix AI does not sell, ship, or handle payment for any product shown. Purchases you make through a retailer link are a transaction between you and that retailer, governed by the retailer's own terms. We are not responsible for product availability, pricing accuracy, or order fulfillment.

The app, its design, and its underlying technology are owned by us and our licensors. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose. AI-generated room designs are provided for your personal, non-commercial reference.
AI-generated designs are suggestions, not professional advice. They may not account for building codes, structural constraints, accessibility needs, or exact room measurements. The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on AI-generated design suggestions or purchases made through third-party retailers. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app and cancel any subscription at any time through your app store account settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where required by local consumer protection law, mandatory local rights are not affected.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
