Roomix AI (“Roomix AI,” “we,” “us”) is an app for reimagining a room's interior design using AI, operated by Fair Tower Consulting. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the app, why we collect it, and who we share it with.
01Data we collect
We collect the minimum data needed to generate room designs, sell subscriptions, and keep the app working.

We do not require you to create an account or provide your name, email, or contact details to use the core features of the app.
02How room photos are used
When you upload a photo of a room, it is processed by our AI image provider to generate a redesigned version of the room in your selected style, matched with relevant products.
Generated results are cached temporarily on our server so identical requests don't need to be reprocessed. Original photos are not used to train AI models and are not sold to advertisers.
03Third parties we share data with
We share data only with service providers who help us operate the app — including image processing, payments and subscriptions, analytics, and crash reporting — each bound by their own privacy and security terms and permitted to use your data only to provide their service to us.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share room photos with data brokers or advertisers.
04Data retention
Generated design results are cached briefly on our servers to speed up repeat requests, then deleted. Diagnostic and analytics data is retained only as long as needed to debug issues and understand app usage, and is periodically purged. Subscription records are retained as required by the app stores and applicable tax and accounting law.
05Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or to object to certain processing. Because the app does not require an account, most of your data lives locally on your device — you can remove it at any time by deleting the app.

06Children's privacy
Roomix AI is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
07Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit, to protect data as it moves between the app and our servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
08Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
